About the role

Join Disney’s dedicated team as a part‑time VIP Tour Guide, creating magical, personalized experiences for high‑profile guests from pre‑arrival through post‑tour. You will act as a concierge‑level storyteller, ensuring every detail of the guest journey is seamless and unforgettable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day pre‑arrival and on‑day tour reservations, coordinating logistics with internal teams.
• Design and organise customized park itineraries, conduct bag checks, and provide door‑to‑door transportation using company vehicles.
• Deliver post‑tour follow‑ups to gather feedback and continuously improve the VIP experience.
• Cross‑promote seasonal premium offerings and support Disney Special Activities operations.
• Maintain Disney’s 5‑Key service standards, handling guest inquiries and issues with professionalism.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Hotel, Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• At least 1 year of experience in hotel, tourism or guest‑services environments.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Valid driving licence (desirable).
