About the role

Join Disney’s dedicated team as a VIP Tour Guide, delivering magical, personalized experiences for high‑profile guests from pre‑arrival through post‑tour. This part‑time position blends concierge‑level service with hands‑on tour coordination, ensuring every visit is unforgettable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day pre‑arrival and on‑day tour reservations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil tour logistics and itinerary planning.
• Conduct post‑tour follow‑ups to gather guest feedback.
• Provide concierge‑level, customized VIP experiences based on guest preferences.
• Operate company vehicles for door‑to‑door transport and perform bag checks.
• Cross‑promote seasonal premium offerings before and during visits.
• Maintain Disney’s 5‑key service standards through proactive communication and problem‑solving.
• Support Disney Special Activities operations and assist the manager on‑duty as needed.

Required profile

• Tertiary education in Hotel, Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• At least 1 year of experience in hotel, tourism or guest‑services.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Strong guest‑service mindset with excellent communication etiquette.
• Valid driving licence (desirable).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Language proficiency: English, Cantonese, Putonghua.
