Dispute Resolution Associate – Hong Kong

About the role

We are seeking a Hong Kong‑qualified litigation lawyer to join our market‑leading Hong Kong Dispute Resolution team. The Associate will be based in our Hong Kong office and will work closely with senior partners on a broad range of cross‑border litigation and arbitration matters.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners Jojo Fan, Paul Quinn, Rachael Shek and Truman Mak on complex, high‑stakes commercial disputes.
• Handle cross‑border matters, including both court litigation and arbitration, for multinational corporations, financial institutions, governments and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Provide strategic legal advice and manage cases from inception through all stages of proceedings.
• Contribute to the global HSF Kramer network, leveraging international resources and supporting personal and professional development.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years post‑qualification experience in a Disputes practice, with a strong track record of leading commercial litigation matters.
• Hong Kong qualified lawyer with an excellent academic record.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver robust, strategic advice and to build strong client relationships.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and interest in applying AI and legal technology to improve efficiency.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
