Distribution Center Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The Distribution Center Quality Assurance Manager will lead product integrity teams in Hong Kong, ensuring garment inspections meet the highest quality standards. This role involves supervising daily inspection activities, providing training, and coordinating with the Product Integrity department to resolve quality issues.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
• Implement and monitor inspection and measurement teams.
• Identify and communicate quality or production issues to the PI DC team.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and monthly KPI submissions.
• Review detailed quality inspection records and documentation.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage inspection staff.
• Make accept/reject decisions on garments and notify senior management of deviations.
• Attend and resolve issues across different DCs related to product integrity.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in textile or fashion design preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience in textile factories or weaving companies.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving, and analytical thinking.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese preferred.
