E-Commerce Executive

About the role

Swire Resources Limited is seeking a motivated E‑Commerce Executive to manage and grow its online retail platforms for sports, lifestyle and outdoor apparel, footwear and accessories. The role combines website operations, digital marketing and cross‑functional collaboration to drive traffic, conversion and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute website update schedules, coordinating design, product photography, descriptions and inventory levels.
• Work with buying teams to prepare seasonal launches, sales events and promotional calendars.
• Partner with marketing to develop digital campaigns that increase site traffic and conversion rates.
• Manage program launches including banner ads, e‑mail newsletters, SEO initiatives and social media activities.
• Prepare design briefs for graphic designers and ensure brand‑consistent visuals.
• Liaise with third‑party partners to maintain delivery performance and customer service standards.
• Use site analytics tools to produce business intelligence reports and evaluate performance.

Required profile

• Degree holder, preferably in MIS, E‑Commerce, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in e‑commerce operations.
• Strong interest in fashion, apparel or footwear and an eye for sneaker culture.
• Well‑organized, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Magento (Community edition) e‑commerce platform.
• Familiarity with site metrics/analytics tracking tools.
