Marketing and Communications Manager, Hong Kong and Taiwan
International SOS · District de Wan Chai
Job description
About the role
We are seeking a commercially‑savvy, hands‑on marketing professional to lead integrated marketing and communications for our Hong Kong and Taiwan markets. You will act as the strategic market lens, content authority and operational engine, translating complex medical and security insights into client‑centric narratives while managing a small team and a network of internal and external experts.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor market intelligence, client pain points, regulations and trends; curate and localise global medical, security and travel‑risk insights into actionable content such as whitepapers, eNews, event decks and playbooks.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners (insurance brokers, travel management companies, industry associations) to drive co‑marketing initiatives and joint business development.
- Support sales teams in client meetings, translate conversations into insight‑led campaigns, case studies, battle cards and other sales enablement tools.
- Own end‑to‑end execution of campaigns – strategy, copywriting, design briefing, email deployment, social activation and performance tracking – while ensuring high aesthetic standards.
- Manage a roster of Hong Kong‑based vendors (design, video, PR, translation, event production), negotiate rates and ensure on‑time, on‑brand delivery.
- Mentor and delegate tasks to 1–2 interns, maintaining quality control throughout.
Required profile
- Proven ability to translate complex medical, security and technical insights into compelling, commercially relevant marketing content.
- Demonstrated track record of planning, executing and optimising B2B lead‑generation campaigns with measurable pipeline contribution.
- Strong stakeholder influence skills, comfortable engaging senior medical and technical experts as well as C‑suite clients.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with professional command of all three languages.
- Legal right to work in Hong Kong and willingness to travel regularly to Taiwan.
Required skills
- Marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Analytics dashboards and data‑driven optimisation
- SEO, SEM and GEO targeting
- LinkedIn, WeChat Official Account management
- Canva and basic Premiere Pro capabilities
- Segmentation, funnel metrics and email deployment
