Enterprise Account Executive – Hong Kong

About the role

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new SaaS license revenue in Hong Kong. You will work closely with C‑suite leaders, understand their business challenges, and position ServiceNow’s AI‑enabled platform as a strategic solution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with multiple C‑suite personas (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across the territory.
• Oversee client‑relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy with a virtual team of Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success resources, Partners and Marketing.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers align ServiceNow solutions with their IT roadmap and AI initiatives.
• Identify and engage the right specialist resources at the appropriate stage of each deal.

Required profile

• 7+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales, consistently achieving targets.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C‑level executives and negotiate complex deals.
• Experience thinking critically about AI integration into business processes and workflows.
• Strong track record of generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and promoting a customer‑success mindset.
• Ability to see the bigger picture of IT strategy and align ServiceNow offerings accordingly.
