Senior Product Specialist - Infusion Fluid and Clinical Nutrition

About the role

Baxter is hiring a Senior Product Specialist for its Infusion Fluid and Clinical Nutrition portfolio, based in Hong Kong. The role covers sales and account management, building territory-specific business plans, managing public tenders and engaging with hospital and clinic stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and KPIs for assigned products across assigned territories in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Build territory-specific business plans to expand market share, introduce new product pipelines and secure hospital formulary listings.
• Lead public tender preparation, contract negotiations and contract compliance oversight with commercial operations teams.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with key hospitals and clinics.
• Deliver product presentations and clinical value propositions on fluid management and nutritional therapy safety.
• Partner with Medical Affairs and Marketing to coordinate educational symposia, workshops and post-sales technical support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Nutrition or Business Administration.
• 5 to 7 years of direct B2B or medical device/pharmaceutical sales experience in Hong Kong and/or Macau healthcare sectors.
• Proven experience selling hospital-based consumables, drugs and medical devices.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin; strong network within Hong Kong Hospital Authority hospitals, private hospitals and key healthcare decision-makers.
• Strict adherence to corporate compliance guidelines and local pharmaceutical/medical device regulations.
