About the role

As an entry‑level consultant joining Oliver Wyman’s 2027 cohort in Hong Kong, you will be immersed in client‑facing projects across a range of industries. You will work side‑by‑side with senior consultants and clients, applying analytical rigor to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, data analysis and market assessments to support client engagements.
• Prepare presentations, reports and recommendations for senior team members.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to develop solutions that address client challenges.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops and delivery of project deliverables.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student with strong academic performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Motivation to take ownership of tasks and deliver high‑quality results.

Required skills

• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Comfort with quantitative analysis and data interpretation.
