About the role
Maersk is looking for an Export Agent to manage capacity, costs and coordination across airline, commercial and operations teams. The role ensures efficient cargo planning, cost control and high‑quality customer service for air freight shipments.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for airline reservation and CX teams, confirming capacity usage and costs.
- Monitor the full shipment lifecycle, providing proactive updates on milestones and handling exceptions.
- Coordinate with operations, finance and billing teams to ensure smooth information flow and accurate invoicing.
- Support cost visibility, profitability awareness and identify potential revenue leakage.
Required profile
- HKCEE/DSE or higher education.
- Minimum 5 years experience in air freight, logistics, customer service or air operations.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CargoWise.
- Experience using SAP.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
