F&B Host/Hostess – Western Restaurant

About the role

The F&B Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests in the Western Restaurant, welcoming them, recommending food and beverage options, and ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support food and beverage operations including food preparation, display setup, and cleaning of restaurant areas.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee adequate staffing throughout service periods.
• Execute tasks assigned by the Senior Host/Hostess efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor, greeting guests with a smile and attentive service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in food‑and‑beverage customer service or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good reading and writing abilities, comfortable meeting new people, and basic computer literacy.
• Effective communication skills with team members, guests, and the public; proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred; candidates with more experience may be considered for a Captain role.
