Finance Manager – Business Partner & Accounting Lead

About the role

The Finance Manager will act as a Finance Business Partner, providing data‑driven insights to senior leadership while overseeing end‑to‑end accounting, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and internal controls. The role also leads a finance team to ensure accurate daily operations across Hong Kong and Macau entities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior management and operational teams to deliver financial analysis, recommendations, and decision support.
• Lead the finance team in full‑set accounting, management reporting, cash flow management, budget control, tax compliance and related duties.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow monitoring, providing actionable performance insights.
• Ensure tax compliance for Hong Kong and Macau, coordinating filings and advisory support.
• Identify cost‑optimization, working‑capital improvement and process‑enhancement opportunities.
• Align internal finance processes with Group, Motors Division and principal policies, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise daily finance operations to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Undertake ad‑hoc projects or duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of finance/accounting experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and Macau accounting standards, taxation and regulations.
• Excellent communication in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
