Finance Manager

About the role

Lee Kum Kee Sauce is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, analysis and treasury activities across its global operations. The role sits within a high‑trust culture that values autonomy, rapid decision‑making and uncompromising quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s annual audit, financial analysis and cash‑flow forecasting, supporting regional finance teams to meet deadlines with high quality.
• Prepare financial data to assess the impact of Pillar 2 tax rules across relevant jurisdictions.
• Formulate and maintain global accounting and treasury policies, ensuring local compliance with global standards.
• Drive process optimisation by leveraging AI and automation technologies.
• Participate in ad‑hoc finance projects and special assignments to enhance business efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably from a Big 4 or multinational environment.
• Well‑organized, independent, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency).
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
