Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager (Regional Transformation)

About the role

The company is a well‑established manufacturing group with operations across Hong Kong and South‑East Asia. It seeks a Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager to lead regional finance operations, treasury, and transformation initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Group finance functions across multiple regions, including General Ledger, AP, AR, operating expenses and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, ensuring accurate accounting entries and reporting packages.
• Supervise cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, inter‑company fund allocation, banking relationships, loan utilization and treasury risk controls.
• Lead statutory audits, external auditor coordination, tax compliance, regulatory reporting and internal‑control enhancements.
• Mentor regional finance managers and act as the operational bridge for finance execution.
• Partner with senior management to drive finance‑function transformation, improving efficiency, accuracy and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of finance/accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Background in manufacturing, OEM/ODM or multi‑site production environments is strongly preferred.
• Big 4 audit experience is highly advantageous.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with SAP (ERP system).
• Advanced financial modelling and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
