About the role

Join Morgan McKinley's Financial Services team in Hong Kong as a Recruitment Consultant. You will work on a thriving desk, helping clients across the financial sector find top talent while building a rewarding career in agency recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly fee targets.
• Source candidates through advertising, search and networking.
• Interview, assess and select candidates for client roles.
• Drive business development with new and existing clients, including research and outreach.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the financial services market.
• Prepare candidates and clients for interviews.
• Provide high‑level service to both clients and candidates.
• Enter and keep candidate and client data up to date in the database system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a 360 agency role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Professional, self‑motivated and a team player.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Based in Hong Kong.
