Fintech Sales Representative / Officer

About the role

We are a Hong Kong fintech company looking for a dynamic Sales Representative/Officer to help shape the future of AI, big data and blockchain-driven financial services. The role blends sales, marketing and product storytelling to drive awareness, generate leads and close deals in a fast-growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect new markets, conduct outreach (calls, emails, visits), deliver product demos and negotiate contracts from first contact to closing.
• Generate and qualify leads, build a healthy pipeline and work toward sales targets while following up on marketing-generated leads, events and trade-show contacts.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaign planning, messaging and go-to-market execution to ensure alignment between brand, product and sales tactics.
• Maintain CRM records, produce sales reports and escalate issues promptly; liaise with internal teams for smooth service delivery and after-sales support.

Required profile

• Passionate about AI, blockchain and emerging technologies and stays up-to-date with industry trends.
• Strong storytelling ability, brand-trend awareness and a knack for turning audience interest into measurable results.
• Resilient under pressure, proactive, humble, eager to learn and committed to high-quality work.
• Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese with good written English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of system design, software development, testing and production launch processes.
• Basic IT/PC support, network support and familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and related products.
