Food & Beverage Host – Weekday Part‑Time (3‑6 mo contract)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Host provides guests with quality service and memorable dining experiences across Hong Kong Disneyland Resort’s restaurants and outdoor vending carts. This weekday‑part‑time position is a fixed‑term contract of 3‑6 months, working Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Follow food‑handling and hygiene guidelines to ensure safe, high‑quality food.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workstation.
• Manage queuing areas to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Address guest inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Assist the manager with daily operational tasks.
• Perform specific duties based on assignment: quick‑service restaurant (take orders, serve, bus tables, replenish stock), outdoor vending cart (take orders, prepare simple snacks, transport stock), or table‑service restaurant (set up tables, seat guests, present menus, take orders, serve food and beverages).

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Available to work weekdays (Monday‑Friday) on a part‑time schedule.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.
• Willingness to work at various resort locations, including outdoor areas.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when needed.
• Good guest‑service mindset, independent yet a team player with strong communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills
