Food & Retail Supervisor

About the role

Lane Crawford is launching a fast‑moving, trend‑driven food and retail concept where fashion, culture and flavours intersect. We are seeking a dynamic Food & Retail Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operations, ensure seamless launches, and deliver premium customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations for both F&B and retail sections, acting as the primary contact for new launches, activations, and events.
• Supervise, coach, schedule, and recruit frontline staff, ensuring optimal team deployment.
• Enforce company SOPs, visual merchandising standards, food safety guidelines, and health & safety regulations.
• Drive sales targets, identify new revenue opportunities, and manage operational costs and inventory.
• Maintain high service standards, resolve customer escalations, and build long‑term loyalty.
• Champion product and brand knowledge across teams and partner with store management to optimise cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, Retail Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years supervisory experience in premium retail, department stores, hospitality, F&B or luxury retail.
• Experience managing both retail and food‑service operations is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and commercial acumen.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays and shift schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Inventory management expertise.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
