About the role

The Foreman will lead daily operations at Le Méridien Hong Kong, ensuring that all service areas meet the brand’s standards of excellence. This role blends hands‑on supervision with strategic coordination to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to maintain seamless hotel operations.
• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and quality standards across all service areas.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely maintenance and replacement.
• Collaborate with department heads to address guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare daily reports on performance metrics, staffing levels, and resource utilization.
