Key responsibilities
- Provide our guests with unparalleled hospitality, from an effortless arrival and departure experience in a gracious and polite manner.
- Coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
- Host and welcome all guests in a natural and spontaneous manner to make our guests feel welcome whilst they spend their time with us.
- Update the guest preference, feedback and comments onto the guest profile section.
- Be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel, creating renowned memorable experiences for guests.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel in a similar capacity or in Guest Relations service.
- Commitment and passion in delivering personalized guest service, with an anticipatory approach and a keen eye for detail.
- High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain guest relationships.
- Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; additional languages are valuable.
