FP&A Analyst – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

Join the Finance team at Helen of Troy as an FP&A Analyst, providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for the APAC region. You will deliver actionable insights that support decision‑making and drive business performance across our trusted brands.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports, financial dashboards and support month‑end closing activities for the APAC region.
• Analyze financial performance, reconcile variances against budget and forecast, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles, consolidating departmental submissions and maintaining planning templates.
• Manage data uploads, updates and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and identify efficiency improvements.
• Support ad‑hoc financial analysis, reporting enhancements and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in a sizeable company; experience with MNC or Hong Kong‑listed entities is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical with a strong sense of accuracy.
• Well‑organized, able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, large datasets).
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of Power BI, OneStream and SQL is an advantage.
