About the role
We are seeking a Freelance Event Coordinator to lead the Candlelight classical music concerts in Hong Kong. The role focuses on full event management, primarily on weekends, ensuring each concert delivers a seamless and memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate on‑site concert activities, covering both pre‑production and production phases.
- Supervise up to 15 team members and manage relationships with up to 10 service‑provider companies.
- Handle institutional relations with local authorities, companies, and associations.
- Guarantee a smooth experience for the audience throughout the event.
Required profile
- Proven experience in logistics and team management.
- Knowledge of the live performance sector.
- Strong ability to manage stress and handle contingencies.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
