Fulfillment Project Manager – APAC Logistics

About the role

Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of distribution centre and logistics projects across APAC for lululemon, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, set milestones and manage budgets, timelines and resources.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, finance, procurement and external carriers to deliver projects and integrate new DC and fulfillment capabilities.
• Oversee implementation of TMS and WMS systems, support post‑implementation performance and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Identify and mitigate risks in multi‑carrier logistics, including delays, capacity and regulatory issues.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and act as primary contact for internal stakeholders and carriers.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of project or program management experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of the APAC supply‑chain landscape, carrier networks and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in carrier negotiations, contract management and cross‑functional team leadership.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional Chinese, Korean or Japanese is a plus.
• Project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan WMS).
• Familiarity with multicarrier parcel engine technologies such as Nshift or Centiro.
• Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and integration with logistics processes.
• Data‑driven approach using technology, automation and analytics to improve outbound logistics.
