Full-time Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will operate the concierge counters, delivering premium service to guests and supporting marketing initiatives. This full‑time position involves handling guest enquiries, complaints, and providing value‑added services in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of concierge counters to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Address guest complaints, requests, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Support marketing activities by promoting hotel services and events.
• Maintain light refreshment stations and manage utensils in the member lounge.
• Collaborate with other front‑office and hospitality teams to uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Property Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or front‑office roles within hotels or property management, though fresh graduates are also considered.
• Excellent spoken and written English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.
• Cheerful, initiative‑driven, service‑oriented attitude with the ability to interact with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
