Full-time Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will work at the concierge counters, delivering premium service to guests and supporting marketing initiatives. This full‑time position involves direct interaction with guests, handling their requests and ensuring a pleasant experience in the member lounge.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily operations of concierge counters, providing premier guest services.
• Handle complaints, enquiries, and value‑added services efficiently.
• Support marketing activities and manage light refreshment and utensils in the member lounge.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor in Hotel Management, Property Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or front office within hotel/property management, or fresh graduates considered.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
• Cheerful, initiative‑driven, service‑oriented and able to communicate with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Willingness to work shifts.
