Full-time Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Concierge team is looking for a full‑time Customer Service Officer to ensure premium service for guests. You will manage daily counter operations, address guest enquiries and support marketing initiatives while maintaining a welcoming environment in the member lounge.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily operations of the concierge counters, delivering premier guest services.
• Handle complaints, requests, enquiries and provide value‑added services, supporting marketing activities.
• Manage light refreshment and utensil arrangements in the member lounge.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor in Hotel Management, Property Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or front office within hotel/property management (fresh graduates considered).
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
• Cheerful, initiative‑driven, service‑oriented and able to interact with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Willingness to work shifts.
