Full-Time Sales Advisor – Pacific Place

About the role

Join COS as a Sales Advisor at Pacific Place, Admiralty, and become the welcoming face of a luxury ready‑to‑wear brand. You will deliver high‑level service, guide customers through the shopping journey, and help showcase the latest collections.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers across the shop floor, fitting rooms and cash desk.
• Process transactions, handle returns and manage the cash register.
• Receive and unpack deliveries, replenish stock, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Maintain tidy fitting rooms and assist customers with sizing, styling and product information.
• Collaborate with the team to create a warm, inspiring shopping environment.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proactive, action‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Strong communicator who listens actively to understand customer needs.
• Enthusiastic about the COS brand and its collections.
