Full-Time Sales Advisor – Queen's Road Central

About the role

As a Sales Advisor at COS you will be the friendly face welcoming customers on Queen's Road Central. You will deliver high‑level service throughout the store, from greeting shoppers to assisting at the cash desk and fitting rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing personalized fashion advice.
• Assist customers at the cash desk, fitting rooms and shop floor.
• Process deliveries, replenish stock and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Maintain a tidy, inviting store environment that reflects the brand’s aesthetic.
• Collaborate with team members to create memorable shopping experiences.
