Full-Time Sales Associate – Hong Kong

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent ALO in its Hong Kong store, delivering the brand’s mindful‑movement experience to every guest. You will combine product expertise with genuine connection to drive sales and foster lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage customers, provide a friendly shopping environment, and educate them on product features, benefits, and community values.
• Build daily client relationships and resolve customer needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze sales reports with leadership, develop action plans, and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain effective floor coverage, lead selling initiatives, and support workforce solutions.
• Process shipments, manage visual merchandising, and ensure daily replenishment excellence.
• Execute front‑ and back‑of‑house procedures in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in a client‑centric, sales‑focused environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Alignment with ALO’s Guiding Principles and brand mission.
