Full‑Stack Engineer – Frontend Focus (SaaS)

About the role

Wati is looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to help build the next‑generation AI Customer Service Agent for its SaaS platform. The role will involve developing user‑facing features, integrating external APIs and improving performance while collaborating with product and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in building the next‑generation SaaS Customer Service Agent, designing core architecture and developing AI Agent components.
• Develop and maintain frontend features using JavaScript/TypeScript and React, ensuring clean, structured code.
• Implement backend services in Python or Go to support the AI Agent and connect internal and external data sources.
• Integrate and call various external APIs, handling data exchange between systems.
• Optimize the Agent’s usability, stability and scalability based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Work closely with product, design and business teams to gather requirements and deliver rapid iterations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work in a fast‑moving environment.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and frameworks relevant to agent development.
