About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a Gaming Project Coordinator to manage language and translation projects for gaming titles. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, and acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of translation projects for gaming content.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interpret and follow detailed project instructions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to clarify project parameters.
• Maintain relationships with contract translators and proofreaders worldwide.
• Work with quality personnel to guarantee linguistic accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate issues, caveats, or additional information promptly to sales staff.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• 0‑1 years of experience in project management or administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective time‑management skills.
• Passion for gaming or active gamer.
