Global Marketing Manager

About the role

The Global Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing programs aimed at boosting brand awareness and driving sales across multiple markets. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent and effective marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and revenue.
• Conduct market research, analyze consumer needs and competitor activity, and provide insights for decision‑making.
• Manage and optimise social media platforms and website content to attract target audiences.
• Plan and execute product promotion activities, exhibitions, and both online and offline events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Collect market feedback, evaluate campaign performance, and adjust tactics to meet annual targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication, Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong digital marketing background with experience in social media operations and SEO/SEM.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
• Proactive, dynamic, self‑disciplined with a positive attitude.
• Good analytical and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
