Global Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Recruiter to support our international expansion by attracting top talent for positions across our worldwide offices. The role works closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and industry events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview processes, schedule interviews, prepare questions and provide feedback to candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and team leaders to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft compelling job descriptions and postings that attract a diverse pool.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and inform employer branding strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through final hiring decision.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in multiple markets.

Required profile

• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (additional languages a plus).
• 5‑8 years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and effective sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced, evolving global environment.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools for talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and related recruitment software.
