Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

Mylo, Hong Kong’s first pet‑nutrition brand formulated by a Board‑Certified Veterinary Nutritionist, is looking for a data‑driven Growth Marketing Specialist. You will own Meta advertising and SEO initiatives, turning insights into scalable customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and optimisation of Meta ad campaigns to acquire high‑quality customers and boost retargeting performance.
• Design and run structured testing programs across audiences, creatives, messaging, offers and landing‑pages.
• Analyse campaign and funnel data to uncover opportunities, diagnose bottlenecks and recommend clear actions.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, including keyword research, technical and on‑page optimisation, and content ideation.
• Collaborate with content, creative and web teams to improve traffic quality, site engagement and conversion pathways.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports that summarise results, highlight risks and propose next steps.
• Maintain Mylo’s premium, science‑led brand voice across all marketing communications.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing, paid social, SEO or e‑commerce growth.
• Hands‑on, ambitious mindset with a passion for scaling brands in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
