About the role

The Landmark Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join its Concierge team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering courteous and attentive service throughout their stay. This role is based in the hotel’s lobby and entrance areas, supporting the Rooms Division.

Key responsibilities

Welcome guests at the hotel entrance and lobby.
Assist guests with luggage handling within the hotel premises.
Deliver and collect luggage to and from guest rooms.
Arrange transportation for guests and guide them to their destinations.

Required profile

Previous experience in hotel or guest services.
Strong communication abilities in English and Chinese.
Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within a team.
Dynamic, energetic attitude.
