Head of Marketing

About the role

The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of branding and growth strategies for the company’s core financial products, including local loans and credit cards. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and works closely with product, IT, and branch teams to ensure cohesive market communication.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement overall brand strategy for the company and its loan and credit‑card sub‑brands.
• Lead the creation of marketing plans and execution road‑maps to meet corporate financial targets.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, overseeing website, app, and social media channels to improve user experience and reduce acquisition costs.
• Design and run test campaigns to refine segmentation, product features, and measure performance against targets.
• Provide market intelligence, conduct research, and translate insights into effective marketing tactics.
• Collaborate with product, IT, and branch networks to ensure seamless campaign rollout and equip frontline staff with consistent messaging.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, monitor advertising spend, and ensure compliance with internal risk controls.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of solid marketing experience, preferably with exposure to both advertising and finance sectors.
• Proven track record in corporate branding, ATL/BTL, and digital marketing.
• Creative, self‑motivated leader with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Chinese word‑processing capabilities.
