About the role
Fora is seeking a senior leader to drive the growth of its travel‑advisor platform across Asia. The Head of Operations will own the regional P&L, expand the advisor base, and build scalable processes that support rapid revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full P&L for the Asia market, balancing spend and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute country‑specific strategies aligned with global priorities and KPIs.
- Oversee end‑to‑end revenue performance, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
- Define and operationalize strategic priorities, working with international teams to adapt go‑to‑market plans.
- Localize tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, and WhatsApp for advisor and client workflows.
- Build and optimise processes for advisor onboarding, support, payments, compliance and other core operations.
- Ensure adherence to local tax, legal and regulatory requirements.
