Head of Operations & Supply Chain

About the role

This senior position leads the entire operations and supply‑chain function, shaping strategy and driving excellence across procurement, logistics and delivery. You will champion continuous improvement, sustainability and risk mitigation while aligning cross‑functional teams to business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end operations and supply‑chain processes from procurement to delivery.
• Develop and implement efficiency, cost‑reduction and service‑level improvement strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and best‑practice adoption.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, logistics and production to ensure strategic alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and use data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards and company policies.
• Identify supply‑chain risks and create mitigation plans.
• Lead sustainability initiatives within daily operations.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching and training opportunities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in operations management or supply‑chain leadership.
• Proven record of delivering measurable efficiency gains or cost reductions.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Commitment to team development through mentoring or structured training.
• Deep understanding of relevant regulatory requirements in Hong Kong or similar markets.
• Experience managing supplier relationships with cultural and sustainability awareness.
• Ability to identify operational risks and devise practical solutions.
• Outstanding organisational skills for handling multiple priorities.
