About the role

The Horizon Club Host delivers attentive, personalized service to elite guests, ensuring a memorable stay at the Shangri‑La’s exclusive lounge. You will act as the primary point of contact for club members, handling arrivals, departures and a range of hospitality requests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Efficiently manage check‑ins, check‑outs, and food‑and‑beverage service in the lounge.
• Document guest preferences and arrange special requests as needed.
• Assist with travel‑related needs such as airline bookings, transportation, and city tours.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the hotel or service industry, preferably front office or airline operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, outgoing, and self‑motivated personality.
• Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
