Hotel Engineer – Mechanical & Electrical

About the role

The Hotel Engineer supports the Chief Engineer in maintaining the physical facilities of Royal Pacific Hotel. The role ensures reliable operation, repair, and installation of mechanical and electrical plant, fire and life safety systems, and overall building security.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly work assignments for repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise and lead fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and corrective actions for mechanical and electrical services.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient engineering support.
• Perform operational and administrative duties, including shift work as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or apartment engineering.
• Good technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing and MVAC systems.
• Possession of an Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade B).
