Hotel Operations General Manager – Visa Sponsorship Available

About the role

We are seeking a Hotel Operations General Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities for a top‑tier service‑apartment property in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering consistent service excellence and high guest satisfaction while supporting brand expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel functions including front office, housekeeping, guest relations and service delivery.
• Manage operational performance using KPIs, guest feedback and quality‑assurance processes.
• Lead a large team, develop future leaders and maintain high service standards.
• Support brand expansion initiatives such as rollout of service standards and operating‑model alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost control, operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Coach and mentor teams to foster a high‑performing service culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of hospitality operations experience, preferably in service‑apartment or extended‑stay environments.
• Proven track record leading large hotel operations teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work in Hong Kong with visa sponsorship support if required.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
