Hotel/Park Restaurant Server – Full Time

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort and deliver quality service and memorable dining experiences across restaurants and outdoor vending carts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the POS system and process cash transactions accurately.
• Follow food‑handling and hygiene guidelines to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workstation.
• Manage queuing areas to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Address guest inquiries in a professional, friendly manner.
• Assist the manager with daily operational tasks.
• Perform quick‑service duties: take orders, serve, clear tables, and replenish stock.
• Handle outdoor vending cart duties: prepare simple snacks, manage stock transport, and coordinate cash replenishment.
• Support table‑service restaurants: set up tables, seat guests, present menus, take orders, and accommodate dietary requests.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with rostered weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.
• Willingness to work in various resort locations, including outdoor areas.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
• Strong guest‑service mindset, independent yet a team player, with good communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
