HR Director – Hotel Industry

About the role

The client, an international hospitality group, is creating a senior HR Director position to lead people transformation across its hotel portfolio. The role combines strategic HR business partnering with responsibility for digitalisation, HRIS optimisation and change management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to design and execute organisational change, workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
• Review, redesign and streamline HR policies, processes and operating models to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Lead HRIS implementation, enhancement and automation, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards and people‑analytics tools to support data‑driven decisions.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, reporting accuracy and compliance across all HR systems.
• Act as trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, compensation and organisational development.
• Coach managers and support culture‑building and employee engagement programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10‑15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of leading HR transformation, HRIS projects and change‑management initiatives.
• Strong business partnering skills with senior leadership.
