Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Bitget is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support its fast‑growing global teams. You will work closely with department leaders to align HR initiatives with business strategy, driving talent development, performance management and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with dedicated departments to gain deep insight into operations and align HR actions with business goals.
• Identify organizational opportunities and challenges, applying advanced HR tools to talent development, compensation, performance management and employee relations.
• Collaborate with leadership and employees to foster a positive, high‑performing work environment.
• Leverage diverse recruitment channels to meet talent needs and design personalized growth paths.
• Support periodic reviews of organizational structure and talent inventory, mobilising resources to enhance capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 8 years of HR Business Partner experience in relevant industries.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin; global mindset.
• Solid understanding of core HR functions, hands‑on experience in performance management, talent acquisition and organizational development.
• Strong execution orientation, high sense of responsibility and ability to deliver quality results on time.
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High learning agility and eagerness to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
