Information Security Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Manager/Senior Manager of Information Security to lead Lalamove’s global security program, drive data‑security operations and ensure compliance across all markets. The role will shape security strategy, manage the security team and coordinate incident response worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Lalamove’s information security program and oversee day‑to‑day security operations.
• Lead the Information Security team, providing vision, guidance and execution oversight.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations across Southeast Asian markets, including GDPR and EO 14117.
• Coordinate incident response activities, directing handling of security incidents and communication with relevant departments.
• Collaborate with local Data Protection Officers to obtain security and compliance certifications in target markets.

Required profile

• 10+ years of information security experience, with at least 3 years in people/team management.
• Strong knowledge of security fundamentals such as network security, host security, SDLC and vulnerability scanning.
• Experience with overseas compliance, especially in Southeast Asian markets, and familiarity with GDPR.
