IT Operations Analyst – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst to support a multinational banking and financial services institution. The role focuses on maintaining Windows Server environments, ensuring security compliance, and driving process automation through RPA.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Windows Server infrastructure, including local policies, Active Directory group policies, network controls, data storage, and enterprise backup/recovery operations.
• Monitor system security controls, uphold IT policies, assist with staff security awareness training, and participate in business continuity and disaster recovery activities.
• Coordinate RPA initiatives and develop junior‑level automation scripts in collaboration with external vendors.
• Track software, hardware, and equipment inventory while liaising with technical vendors for routine maintenance.
• Maintain system user records, follow established IT procedures, and provide regular status updates to team leaders and head‑office stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server environments, Group Policies, systems security, and data backup/recovery.
• Strong documentation, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
