About the role
The bank is seeking an experienced IT manager to lead its security and compliance initiatives. You will be responsible for protecting the institution’s digital assets, ensuring the resilience of its systems, and driving a proactive security culture across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, lead and manage IT security and cyber‑security protection programs.
- Reinforce safety measures for all corporate systems and applications.
- Conduct black‑box and white‑box security assessments on websites and business systems.
- Respond to security incidents, remove back‑doors, and analyse attack paths using logs.
- Research emerging security technologies and hacker techniques.
- Organise regular vulnerability scans, penetration tests, security drills and offensive/defensive exercises.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- One of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CEH.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber‑security protection.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Required skills
- Familiarity with attack vectors such as SQL injection, XSS, CSRF and command execution.
- Proficiency with security tools: Kali Linux, Metasploit, Nessus, Nmap, AWVS, Burp Suite, AppScan.
- Experience with Linux, Windows, Apache, Nginx, LAMP/LNMP stacks, Oracle and MySQL.
- Deep knowledge of network, system, application and web security, including code audit and vulnerability analysis.
- Programming expertise in at least one language (C, JavaScript, Python, PHP, Java).
- Understanding of IPS, WAF, UEBA, SIEM and honeypot technologies.
