Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑facing features, automation engines and AI‑powered workflows that help property managers scale their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with property managers, designers and founders to uncover pain points and define product solutions.
• Design, develop and ship full‑stack features using React, TypeScript, Python and FastAPI.
• Build event‑driven automation workflows and integrate with platforms such as Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.
• Create reliable APIs and maintain Supabase/PostgreSQL data pipelines in a serverless AWS environment.
• Measure product impact through user feedback and usage data, iterating to improve adoption and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature and ability to turn ambiguous problems into working solutions.
• Comfort interacting directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Independent, outcome‑focused and eager to ship, learn and iterate.
