IT User Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for an IT User Support Associate to provide technical assistance to end‑users across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, handling help‑desk calls and supporting office automation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware, printer and software problems, escalating to 2nd‑level support or vendors when needed.
• Install, configure and maintain network, systems, printers, IPT and related software/hardware.
• Provide dealerboard and daily office automation system support, including internal video‑conference setup.
• Answer help‑desk calls on a shift roster, including on‑call, weekend and public‑holiday coverage.
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation and update procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of technical support experience, including network administration and system operations.
• Experience supporting front‑office and private banking environments is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Required skills

• Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Network administration and hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with market data platforms such as Reuters, Bloomberg, EBS and Etrali.
• Video‑conferencing setup and printer management.
