About the role
The role will work directly alongside the General Counsel and the firm’s co‑founder. This position offers exceptional exposure to cross‑border capital markets transactions and provides direct access to senior business decision‑makers. The firm is a Hong Kong‑headquartered venture capital firm with a presence across Asia and the United States, focusing on high‑impact sectors such as AI, technology and semiconductors.
Required profile
- 0–3 years post‑qualification experience with a common law or US law qualification.
- Corporate finance/capital markets background.
- Experience handling US SEC matters.
- Eligible to work in Hong Kong without visa sponsorship.
- Chinese language skills.
- Interest in a genuine long‑term career at a fast‑growing platform.
